Groveport Middle School South

4400 Glendening Dr.

Join us as we walk in the annual Groveport July 4th Parade! We will have a float, and we will be handing out candy, flyers, and popsicles to our community!

Everyone walking in the parade is to meet at Middle School South by 9:15 AM. You will be shuttled to the Rec Center.

The road that gets you into the Middle School South parking lot, and the road the shuttle uses will be closing down at 10:00 AM sharp, so make sure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

TurnPoint will join the parade from the Rec Center

Kids check-in will not start until 10:15 AM. We are asking for parents to watch your children until they are checked in.

 FAQ’s

  • Arrive at Groveport Middle School South by 9:15 AM so there is time to park, meet up, and ride over to the Groveport Rec Center.

  • Park at Groveport Middle School South, 4400 Glendening Dr.

  • Yes! TurnPoint Kids will be able to ride through the parade on the float! Ages 5 - 12.

    Note:

    Kids check-in will not start until 10:15 AM at the Rec Center. We are asking for parents to watch your children until they are checked in.

  • The route we will be walking is from the Groveport Middle School Central to the Groveport Senior Village.

    This route is about 2.4 miles.

    We will have coolers of water and popsicles for you!

  • You will be ending the parade at your car. This alleviates in the past where we have had to be shuttled back to the vehicles.
